Kate Middleton's younger sister, Pippa Middleton, gave birth to her second child at 4. Pippa Middleton has welcomed her second child with husband James Matthews, a beautiful baby girl. The name is thought to be a tribute to her grandmothers - Carole Elizabeth Middleton and Jane Matthews, and there may also be a little nod to the Queen. A source told Hello magazine :"Mother and baby are doing well. Pippa welcomed Arthur at the Lindo Wing in Paddington, where Kate had all three of her children, however it's not known if she returned there for her second birth. At least one coalition staffer involved in a group which shared images of themselves performing sex acts in Parliament House has been sacked. Ten News reported on Monday a small group of staffers had set up a Facebook Messenger group which enabled them to share images and video of sex acts. An unidentified whistleblower said at times the acts had been performed on the desks of female MPs. Finance Minister Simon Birmingham on Monday evening called for their immediate removal, telling an estimates hearing he was "disgusted and appalled" by the claims. Senator Birmingham said it further demonstrated the need for the inquiry by Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins into parliament's workplace culture.
